"The idea of 'rewarding performance' certainly may be novel in the educational setting but is not necessarily a new idea. Schools with significant levels of academic underachievment have long sought ways to do 'whatever it takes' to raise attendance and student performance. I support the NWIOIC's efforts to be a part of our 'villages' effort to raise our children."
